What you’ll need:
2 cups of frozen mango (from the freezer aisle at the supermarket)
1 can of coconut cream
- Put the mango and coconut cream (save a little to pour on top) into
a blender with a little bit of mint.
- Blitz until smooth and pour into cups.
- Pour over a little more coconut cream and add mint leaves.
