What you’ll need:

2 cups of frozen mango (from the freezer aisle at the supermarket)
1 can of coconut cream
Fresh mint

Directions:

  1. Put the mango and coconut cream (save a little to pour on top) into
    a blender with a little bit of mint.
  2. Blitz until smooth and pour into cups.
  3. Pour over a little more coconut cream and add mint leaves.
