Services and support
Family support
Practical assistance, information and in-home support for vulnerable families to ensure children are safe, healthy and thriving
Parenting support
One-on-one support and group programs including counselling, parenting help and playgroups
Homelessness services
We offer safe accommodation for families with dependent children and help them transition into other housing, including private rental
Disability support
We provide children and young people with disabilities the opportunity to participate in a range of recreational experiences, socialise and develop friendships, while giving their families a well-earned break to enhance overall wellbeing
Youth support
We support young people’s education and help them engage with their education, family and community, giving them the tools to deal with life’s challenges and empowering them to achieve their goals
Short-term foster care
We provide foster care for children, from a few days up to a period of two years. We work to make sure they can eventually return to their birth family, or we find them a permanent home
