Our Peter Pan Op shop sale is bigger this year than ever before, bringing both legacy, design and sustainability together. It’s a celebration of timeless fashion and the craftsmanship that makes high-quality design endure through generations.
This year, we’re celebrating 84 years of circular fashion with an something new, an exclusive Fashion Parade and Wardrobe Styling Evening. So join us for a stylish celebration featuring insights from top stylists and circular fashion advocates, and most importantly first options on the shopping!
Fashion Show, styling + shopping event
Wednesday, 23rd July starting at 6:30pm
Tickets: $85 (includes bubbles, canapés, and first access to the Op Shop)
Dating back to World War II, the Op Shop is run by the dedicated women of the Peter Pan Committee who have supported our work with vulnerable children and families for over 85 years. It has since become an iconic fundraising event held twice a year in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs where those with an eye for fashion can scour the racks for top-end items at rock bottom prices.
The sale features designer brands such as Bianca Spender, sass & bide and Zimmermann, with all clothing, footwear and accessories donated to help raise much-needed funds for our programs and services.
A heartfelt thank you to all who donate to our Op Shop sale. From large designer brands to local Sydney women, your generous support ensures Barnardos can continue providing urgent care and essential services to those most vulnerable. Thanks to the kindness of people like you, last year we helped a total of 10,987 children, young people and their families!
Clothes donation appeal
Are you a wholesaler, distributor or retailer? If so, we would love to hear from you!
We are already collecting stock for the all-season sale in 2025. We accept sample stock, surplus
and out-of-season items.
We are committed to providing our partners with branding opportunities and impact reports. We can also help with discarding unwanted stock and we would be happy to discuss any bespoke requirements you may have.

Calling all volunteers
We are looking for volunteers to help out with set up, running and pack down of our iconic Peter Pan Op Shop. This event usually runs twice a year but for the first time we are running one mega sale instead – so we need all hands on deck.
